Weaning piglets without the use of medicinal zinc is a challenge all European pig producers are facing. We need an alternative strategy in place by deadline 2022.

How do we wean piglets without the use of medicinal zinc? – and with minimum antibiotic consumption in the weaner period, while maintaining animal welfare, minimum environmental impact, and a high productivity? That is the question which is up for discussion at the ZeroZincSummit 2022 in Copenhagen on 22-23 June.
