From November 8th Luis Azevedo will join Royal Agrifirm Group as Global Agrimprove Director and as new member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
A veterinarian by training Luis Azevedo has worked over 25 years in the global industrialized feed and animal proteins market, of which 20 years at Novus. At Novus he occupied several positions from sales, over area general manager to Executive Business Development. His most recent experience was in the ag-food venture capital firm, Yield Lab LATAM. “I’m really pleased to welcome Luis Azevedo, whose appointment is in many ways important for Royal Agrifirm Group”, says Dick Hordijk, CEO Royal Agrifirm Group. “Luis Azevedo brings a global network and powerful knowledge to one of RAG’s key growth pillars, Agrimprove. On top, his Brazilian roots will enrich the diversity of the Executive Leadership Team.”
